In a word filled with such dramatic and challenging changes, many of us find ourselves struggling to stay sane, stay strong, and keep our hearts open. Join us for a playful exploration of the skills and tools we need in these times, drawing on the unpublished teaching of Bill Cohea Jr., the founder of Columcille and the Companions of Oran. This two-hour online workshop experience will give you the tools to:
- Let go of preconceptions, assumptions, expectations and agendas that keep you from relaxing and flowing in your own life.
- Connect more deeply with the grounding, healing, and inspiration of the sacred land around you.
- Access your own inner wisdom as a sustaining, nourishing, and guiding force in your life.
- Create satisfying, encouraging, and empowering relationships with the people who matter most!
This workshop will also give you the opportunity to reconnect with our extended Columcille community, and learn about the lesser-known Companionship of Oran, founded in 1984 by Bill Cohea Jr and Fred Lindkvist.
All funds raised from this workshop will be donated directly to Columcille!
